Multiworks was engaged directly by Ausgrid as the Principal Contractor for the new Greenacre Substation. This includes interconnecting works associated with the adjoining and existing substation. Project scope included:
- Remediation of over 30,000 tonnes of asbestos containing soil
- New 132 & 11kv Building including cable basement, control and switchroom
- Three Transformer Bays
- Over 300m over conduit runs including through existing and live electrical substations
- 132 & 11kv Switchyard
- HV Cable Pulling and support structures.
